Q: What are your office opening hours?

A: Our office is open for telephone enquiries, 09.00 - 17.00 (GMT) Monday to Friday. On Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays the opening hours are 09.00 - 16.00 (GMT)

Q: Can I contact you out of office hours?

A: Feel free to send us an email when our office is closed. We will reply to your mail as soon as possible.

Q: Is Liverpool Beatles Tours a part of any other tour company?

A: No. We pride ourselves on being an independant tour operator, this means we can provide you with a much better experience.

Q: Will there be other visitors on our tour?

A: The tours are personal to you and so, the only people on your tour will be your party and the guide

Q: Can we visit John & Pauls childhood homes all year round?

A: The homes are run and operated by the National Trust and are open between March and November only. Please visit thier website at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/w-mendips for more information, and contact us before booking

Q: Do you provide lunch on an all day tour?

A: Because of the time restraints and making sure you see as much as possible on the tour, we do not provide or stop for meals. We advise you bring you own light lunch such as sandwiches

Q: Can we pay cash on the day of the tour?

A: We accept cash for the 2 hour tour only. All other tours should be paid in advance by cheque, credit card or Paypal (Please note there is a small surcharge for credit card and Paypal payments) - This advance payment allows us to book your visits to the Casbah and National Trust homes.

Q: Where do we meet the tours?

A: We are happy to collect you from your hotel or train station in the Liverpool city centre with no extra charge. If you are staying outside the city centre, please email us for details.

Q: I will be arriving at Manchester or Liverpool airport, can you collect us there?

Q: Why should we use Liverpool Beatles Tours and not one of your competitors?

A: There are other tour companies in Liverpool which include standard taxi cabs or a 50 seater coach. We have been providing tours for almost 10 years now and believe our tours are second to none. Our aim is to give you the best tour we can, and at a price that is hard to beat. We understand that for many people, the visit to Liverpool may be a once in a lifetime trip.
