PLANNING YOUR TRIP TO LIVERPOOL?
On our All Day Beatles Tour, you will get the opportunity to go on the National Trust Tour of the childhood homes of John Lennon at Mendips, and Paul McCartney at 20, Forthhlin Road (above). We arrange the tickets, and entrance fees are included within the tour cost.
All Day Tour
Beatles Tours
One of the highlights of any Beatles tour should be a visit to The Casbah Coffee Club, the birthplace of The Beatles. Included in the All Day Tour, this is an option with many off our tours, and is a must-see for Beatles fans.
A visit to the Beatles Story can also be included in our tours, and is automatically included in the All Day Tour. A walk through the history of The Beatles, it is a great visitor attraction for Beatles fans.
Advice for YOUR Beatles Tour: Get your trip of a lifetime right!
If you are planning your trip to Liverpool, and want a Beatles tour, then you will be taken to see where Ringo Starr and George Harrison were born, where John Lennon lived with his Aunt Mimi at “Mendips” and where Paul lived at 20, Forthlin Road. You will also see Brian Epstein’s home, Penny Lane, St. Peter’s where John and Paul met, and Strawberry Field. You could take a quick bus tour or in a taxi too and see the popular places.
However, we don’t believe in giving you the tour we want, but the tour YOU want. We are different. That’s why our Beatles tours have been designed by David Bedford, author of the only book on The Beatles and Liverpool: “Liddypool: Birthplace of The Beatles”. We even have VIP tours where David can accompany you. One tour doesn’t fit all. We have several unique options, so that you can choose the Beatles tour that YOU want: just tell us where to go!
Spoiled for choice? Use our Tour Planner to tell us what you would like to do and we will recommend the best tour for you. Why Liverpool Beatles Tours? We were chosen by Paul McCartney’s film team to help with the pre-tour film on his “Back in the World” tour, and showed May Pang, John Lennon’s former girlfriend, around Liverpool too.

VIP BEATLES TOURS
For the serious Beatles fan who wants more than the regular Beatles tour, then we can arrange a VIP Beatles tour with author and historian David Bedford on one of his special tours, where you can spend the time with him as he takes you on a special tour.
Our most popular VIP tours are the All Day Beatles Tour, the 4 Hour Beatles Tour and the Liddypool tour. However, we can even arrange 2 and 3 day tours - our record is 5 days! If you want to see everything, then we can design the tour for you.
A more specialised tour is the “Looking for Lennon” tour, which will be the most in-depth John Lennon tour available, and based on Bedford’s role as historian and associate Producer on the “Looking for Lennon” documentary film due out in 2018. We also have a Magical “McCartney’s Merseyside” tour.
SPECIALIST TOURS
If you are looking for something more than The Beatles, then we have three specialised tours for you.
The Magical History Tour combines the story of The Beatles with the history of Liverpool
The World War 2 Tour takes on a unique All Day Tour around Liverpool, revealing the hidden history of the importance of Liverpool during the Second World War, with the underground museum, bomb sites and the story of how The Battle of the Atlantic was won and co-ordinated from Liverpool.
The American Civil War Tour. Did you know that Liverpool was heavily involved in the American Civil War, from shipbuilding, spies, treachery and intrigue? New tour coming in 2018.

“I wanted to take a moment to thank your company and especially Ian for a day I'll never forget. Ian was the best guide I could have hope for. My trip to Liverpool was a lifelong dream and I had no idea what to expect.
From the get-go, I knew it would be a magical day. Many times during the tour I felt like I was in a dream. All the places I read about for 40+ years suddenly appeared before my eyes. It was, to say the least, a great day in the life of a Beatles fan.
I continue to reminisce about that day and our time in Liverpool. We spent ten days in the UK and Liverpool was the highlight. I hope I am fortunate enough to return someday. Please pass this along to Ian. He's a gem!”
Martha, June 2015
